Yes, it’s a major scam run by the banks, to get people to owe far more than they borrowed.
They are criminals, preying on those that don’t realize just how much banks manipulate them.

Credit cards are the tip of the iceberg of tens of $ Trillion debt used by consumers to support retailers, homebuilders, colleges, hospitals & car makers.
Debt-fueled consumer spending drives 70% of Americas economy. NOW we see that economic model had a lifespan of 25 yrs, 1984-2009, its dying. Theres no replacement.
The naïve HOPE the economy functions while a trillion is paid off.
Nope, wont work that way.
Vicious Debt Unwind remains with us.

EVERYBODY has benefited by people using their credit cards, EVERYBODY. You may owe your job to people using plastic.
Where we are at now is…. there is almost one trillion dollars of consumer credit card debt and NOBODY in the banking community wants to see this figure go down.
THERE WILL BE NO ECONOMIC RECOVERY until this trillion dollar threat is cut in half, at the very least.
